Test Kitchen
Our favorite way to use all the apples we pick this fall. This simple and delicious apple pancake recipe is sure to please even the harshest critics (aka our toddlers...). Enjoy!
On our nightstands

This month we’re reading, “The Lions of Fifth Avenue” by Fiona Davis. This intriguing historical fiction follows a dual timeline of two strong-willed women connected by family history with the New York Public Library. Mysteries and suspense make this feel like a quick read, and may even spark a desire to take a trip to NYC to explore the halls of the Library.
U have to hear this!

Monica Padman and Liz Plank introduced themselves to us through their series, “Race to 35” where they document their fertility journey while discussing the societal pressure women face to achieve significant milestones by the age of 35. Now Monica and Liz host a weekly podcast “Synced” where they discuss top of mind subjects and answer listener questions. It has become something we look forward to each Wednesday!

This month we’ve leaned into fall with trips to our local apple farms and pumpkin patches. Find one near you and make sure to pick up a cinnamon and sugar donut while you’re there!
