Connecting over good food and conversation isn't limited to sitting down at the same table. Our virtual supper club gives you everything you need to organize your own long-distance supper for your loved ones from afar.

Sync & Savor is a passion project born out of necessity. As a group of siblings living apart, we created "synchronized suppers," as a way to create shared experiences between family trips. These dinners have been an opportunity for us to make memories, and we hope to see that communal table grow.

Below you'll find a step-by-step guide to running your own Sync & Savor meal. We give you the tools, you make the memories. Bon Apetit!

Choose your captain wisely

1. Start by appointing a "Captain" 🫡 and download your supper club materials This person will set up a group text for your S&S group. They'll send out different engagement opportunities throughout the supper, and make sure the group has everything they need for a success. Purchase and download your supper club materials (you just need one per group), which will include a theme, menu, recipes, playlist, discussion questions and suggestions for attire and decor.

You may have to apologize to your little brother for blowing up his phone...

2. Set up your Group text Organize your group on a texting chain -- WhatsApp and iMessage both work great. Name the group, set the provided S&S logo as the group picture and get excited!

3. Send the invite! Send the Sync & Savor invite to your group text with a date, time and link to the website.

4. One week out: Send the grocery list and schedule In your supper club materials you'll find a broken-down grocery list to make shopping a breeze, as well as a detailed schedule of how we'd spend the day to help you time out your cooking. Send these graphics to your group one week before your planned supper so they'll have plenty of time to plan and stock up.

5. Get your groceries The week of the dinner, take the provided grocery list to the store and send pictures to your group text of your haul.

6. Sync & Savor! The day has arrived! Its Sync & Savor time.

If you have the option, split up responsibilities for the meal within your household. Assign the appetizer, main dish and dessert to different people. That way everyone feels engaged and nobody's left stressing alone over the stove!

Start the festivities with selfies and pictures of your table scapes around 3:30 pm. There will be marked times on the schedule for more interaction on the group text, and we suggest a 5-minute Facetime when cocktails are served to say "Cheers!"

Enjoy cooking together while listening to the same playlist and sending pictures of your progress. Nothing can replace being face-to-face, but we promise you'll feel the connection even from miles apart.

7. BON APPETITO!

It's time to eat. Once everyone is seated, make sure to put those phones away and

enjoy the moment with whomever is seated around your household's table. Go around the table answering the discussion questions and savor the memories :)
