Get Ready for a Season of Winter Wellness with Sync & Savor

As the colder months set in, it’s easy to slip into the winter blues, hiding under baggy sweaters and letting our wellness routines hibernate until spring. But what if, this year, we approached winter differently? What if we could emerge in March feeling stronger, healthier, and more connected than ever?


This winter, Sync & Savor is thrilled to launch our Winter Wellness Campaign—a season dedicated to nourishing both body and soul with connection, joy, and a healthy dose of warmth. From our winter hike challenge to our upcoming supper club event in February, we’re ready to embrace winter with open arms and invite you to join us. 



What’s Coming Up in Our Winter Wellness Campaign

We’ve crafted this season’s campaign to bring together a series of events, challenges, and content designed to make your winter brighter, lighter, and more joyful. Here’s what you can look forward to:


December Winter Hike Challenge


For those of us who sometimes feel like we’re battling the winter blues, there’s nothing quite like getting outside to change our perspective. Join us for our free Winter Hike Challenge – our invitation to you to hit the trails, soak in some fresh air, and capture the unique beauty of winter landscapes. 


On December 18, join Sync & Savor as we hike local trails, snap photos of our winter adventures, and share them with our supper club community. Tag us in your photos to be entered into the challenge giveaway! 



January "Gut Glow Elixir" Pop-Up Event


The holidays can leave us feeling heavy, so let’s kick off the new year with something fresh. In January, we’ll be hosting a special Gut Glow Elixir pop-up event with our friend Cassie Groeschl at Wellness The Fits. Cassie’s recipe features a nourishing, mocktail-style elixir crafted to support your digestion, lift your spirits, and brighten your winter days. As a certified dietitian, Cassie will also share simple tips for winter nutrition, meal prep, and maintaining balance post-holidays.


Imagine a cozy winter night sipping delicious, gut-friendly drinks, learning from an expert, and connecting with others on their wellness journey. Whether you’re resetting your health goals or just need a little boost, this event will be the perfect way to start the new year.


February Synchronized Supper 


Our winter wellness campaign will culminate with an extra-special Synchronized Supper designed by our winter wellness certified dietician nutrition coach, Cassie Groeschl. With a meal designed to bring us together, no matter the distance, as we savor seasonal, nourishing foods that uplift both body and spirit. 


Our February supper will include a menu filled with warming, nutrient-packed dishes perfect for a cold winter night. As always, we’ll provide a carefully curated menu, playlist, and discussion prompts to make it easy for you to connect, relax, and enjoy the evening. This winter-themed supper will be the perfect way to close out the season with connection, joy, and celebration of all that winter has brought us.



 

Winter Wellness Blog Series

In addition to these exciting events, we’ll also be rolling out a series of blog posts throughout the winter to support your wellness journey. Topics will include everything from seasonal meal planning with fresh, winter produce to stress-relieving meditations, simple yoga flows, and expert tips on longevity and self-care.


Every week, we’ll be sharing tools and inspiration to help you create your own winter wellness routine. Think of this as your guide to emerging in spring feeling healthier, happier, and more connected than ever.
